Bloom Local Food Fund is a place-based social impact fund designed to build sustainable and inclusive rural communities with a thematic focus on sustainable food systems. Managed in partnership with Upper Canada Equity Fund and Prince Edward/Lennox & Addington Community Futures Corporation, the fund invests in scalable ventures across the food system value chain in Southeastern Ontario. The fund is currently in the fund-raising phase. Â
