Building the ecosystem for systems change

Persistent social and environmental challenges are deeply embedded in economic and financial systems that prioritize profit over people. At SVX, we believe that solving these issues requires systems-level change rather than surface-level fixes. We bring partners together to shift mindsets, capital, and power toward equitable and lasting transformation through a holistic and collaborative approach.

Our Approach

We are an ecosystem builder, bringing together public, private, and social sector stakeholders to co-create solutions that drive meaningful transformation.

Redistributing power

Our focus is on redistributing power to historically marginalized groups and redirecting capital flows toward inclusive, equitable outcomes. Rather than applying temporary fixes, we address the root causes of systemic issues, transforming patterns, policies, and frameworks to create lasting change.

Centering excluded voices

Our work is deeply collaborative, building connections across sectors for collective impact. We take an anti-oppressive and decolonized approach, ensuring solutions center historically excluded voices. Instead of duplicating efforts, we take an additive approach.

How a systems change project unfolds

1

Discover

Our systems change process begins with discovery, conducting market research and ecosystem mapping to assess feasibility and identify key opportunities.

2

Design

In the design phase, we collaborate with stakeholders through engagement labs, strategy development, and pilot testing to refine solutions.

3

Deploy

Finally, we move into deployment, implementing tailored strategies and providing impact measurement tools to ensure sustainable and scalable results.

How you can contribute to systems change

We invite investors, organizations, and changemakers to collaborate with us to transform and reshape systems for an equitable future. Whether through policy reform, capital reallocation, or innovation-driven solutions, we strive to build a world where finance and investment serve communities, not just profits.
