House of Friendship is a Kitchener–Waterloo based organization that provides addiction treatment, housing and food to adults, children and families struggling with poverty. The organization serves over 42,000 people annually. 

SVX worked with the Kitchener-Waterloo Community Foundation to build the capacity of staff and management at House of Friendship (HoF) and the Foundation on impact investing, research and design the development of a bond, and facilitate the completion of the bond to support a new opioid addictions facility for House of Friendship.Â
