Our Theory of Change

Big Problem

We are faced with pressing problems at local and global levels including poverty, inequality, climate change and poor health.

Current public policy, philanthropy & community action are necessary but insufficient conditions for change. Capital and business must be re-directed towards tackling our most pressing problems.

Market Problem

Money can’t find meaning.

Enterprises are building business models to fill the gap and tackle our most pressing problems but lack access to capital and investment readiness.

Investors are seeking to mobilize capital for public good but they lack access to investments and investor readiness.

Strategies and Interventions

Simplify the process of connecting money with meaning by building capacity and connections amongst impact enterprises and investors.

Outputs

New impact capital mobilized.

New impact enterprises and investors are equipped to make and support investments through SVX.

Outcomes

Single access point for a community of high quality impact enterprises & investors to capital and deals that are achieving demonstrable social and environmental impact.

Impact

There is the combined knowledge, capacity, will, and action among stakeholders to redirect capital towards sustained economic growth alongside poverty reduction, environmental sustainability, increased opportunity, and improved health and wellness.
