Impact8 was a cohort-based, venture support program that was first launched by SVX in Toronto in 2013 providing content, advice and practical opportunities to build business and investment readiness.

SVX operated multiple entrepreneur programs across sectors and geographies, supporting over 100 enterprises. The core program was adapted in Quebec by Esplanade following a co-development process started in 2015. SVX co-designed the program and secured funding for the first set of Impact8 cohorts from 2015-2019.  It is now offered multiple times a year in Montréal. This program was also the basis of a range of entrepreneur support programs delivered by SVX including bootcamps, workshops and seminars.Â
