Oakville Community Foundation (OCF) was established in 1994, and is the largest charitable asset in the Town of Oakville dedicated to building community through philanthropy, having accumulated over $100 million in assets.

Looking forward, OCF is focussed on knowing and understanding Oakville even more deeply to continue to support strategic philanthropy. OCF has advanced the development of their impact investing and responsible strategy, with a particular focus on place-based impact investing. 

As a pro bono advisor, SVX team members provided education to the Board and management, helped to articulate mission, values and impact themes, advised on the development of an impact investing policy, supported pipeline identification and investee research, and offered insight on impact reporting and management.Â
