The Ursuline Sisters are a Roman Catholic religious order founded by Saint Angela Merici in Brescia, Italy in 1535. The order is dedicated to the education of girls and to the care of the sick and needy. Over the centuries, they have established many schools and institutions in various parts of the world. 

The Ursuline Sisters of Chatham are a particular community of the Ursuline order, located in Chatham, Ontario, Canada. This congregation was established in the 19th century and has been an integral part of the Chatham community for many years. Their mission, like other Ursuline communities, revolves around education, spiritual growth, and community service.  The Ursulines identified a need and vision to mobilize their entire portfolio for total impact, particularly public equities and fixed income (non-alternatives).

SVX delivered education and capacity building workshops for the Board and Investment Committee, reviewed the investment portfolio and investment policy statement, provided recommendations for IPS improvements, and led a manager search for the full portfolio of the Sisters.Â
